The First Character Adaptation

There have already been other Spider-Man appearances in theaters, but without a doubt, this was the first to become really well known. That Spider-Man won a trilogy, with the first film released in 2002, a continuation in 2004 and a finalization in 2007, directed by Sam Raimi and starring Tobey Maguire. It is the most acclaimed trilogy by fans, for bringing out the more Peter Parker side of the character.

After 5 years of the release of Spider-Man 3. A new film of the hero is released, this time called "The Amazing Spider-Man", directed by Mark Webb and starring Andrew Garfield. Unlike the previous one, The Amazing Spider-Man did not receive a trilogy, but two films, released in 2012 and 2014. Unlike the previous one, the films were not well received by critics, although fans really liked Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man.

Unlike other films, this Spider-Man was not the only superhero that existed in the world, he was introduced in the UCM (Universe Cinematographic Marvel), in the movie Captain America: Civil War, from 2016. But the character would only win one own movie in the MCU in 2017, with Spider-Man: Far From Home (2017). He too made appearances in Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Avengers: Endgame (2019), before receiving his next film, Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019) and his last film to date, Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), which features the return of the hero's former actors. The character this time is played by Tom Holland, and his films directed by Jon Watts. This hero trilogy was heavily criticized for the script, despite the last film being a box office success.

This version of Spider-Man doesn't have a movie, but a game. Directed by Bryan Intihar, Brian Horton, Marcus Smith and Ryan Smith, and starring Yuri Lowenthal, Spider-Man was released in 2018 and was very well received by critics. The game was praised in all aspects, graphics, gameplay, story and more. The game is rich in content, having various missions and activities for the player.
